By accessing Vantage Villa website and making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. Guests must provide accurate information during the reservation process. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email and required payment or deposit is processed.

3. Payment

• We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods through our secure third-party payment providers.
• All rates are quoted in the currency shown on the booking portal and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by property and rate plan. Typical examples (update as needed):

• Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours since you have booked. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge of 20% if you have made the payment and confirmed the booking.
• Non-Refundable Rate: After 48hours if you are Cancelling the stay, Full charge applies at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

5. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated at booking. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

6. Guest Responsibility

• Guests must behave respectfully, follow property rules and not cause damage.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to property or loss of items during their stay; charges may apply to cover repair or replacement.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

Vantage Villa is not liable for:

• Loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.
• Personal injury, unless caused by our proven negligence.
• Delays, cancellations or failures resulting from force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government actions).

8. Property Descriptions & Availability

We make every effort to describe our villas and services accurately. However, images, amenities and availability may vary. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice.

9. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos — is owned by Vantage Villa or used with permission. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.

11. Changes to Terms
